I asked Ian from Deepcar Home Improvements to undertake work on my property, installing double glazing all through plus fascias and guttering. I’d never met Ian but read reviews in the local paper. I was pleased he came and gave me a quote promptly, was very personable but more important to me, a down to earth Yorkshireman, genuine and with a “proper handshake”. Little things I know but they say so much.

Ian gave me a price, there were no gimmicks as sometimes happens with bigger companies and I shook on it, knowing everything was going to be okay. He arranged for scaffolding to be erected and work on my property started and finished just as promised.
Ian sent a two man team to do the work and I’d like to thank Brett & James who worked so solidly to get the job finished. The two guys completed the work to a very high standard, kept me informed of what was happening and kept the mess down to a minimum inside and outside the property.

Ian drove around on two occasions, phoned me to tell me the lads were happy with the finished job but he insisted they tidied a few odds and ends up, they were nothing but really showed the professionalism throughout.
